What happens when we arrive at Faro Airport?

After you arrive at Faro Airport, your driver will be waiting for you at the Arrivals holding a signboard with your name on it. We have a detailed page for Faro Airport here.

Can I cancel my booking? Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?

All cancelations are free up to 24h before the transfer, otherwise you will need to pay a fee.

I can't find my pick up/destination address, what should I do?

If you can't find your pick up and/or destination address, select “Not listed?” on the main board and write your information.

What if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed you won´t be charged extra, that's why flight details are important when you are booking the transfer.

Do I have to pay extra for baby and child seats?

No, Sierra Sea doesn't charge extra for baby and child seats. If needed, please inform when you´re booking the transfer.

Do the drivers speak English?

Our drivers speak fluent English.

Are the transfers private or shared?

Our transfers are private, no extra waiting and strangers onboard.

How can I pay my Transfer?

Payments can be made directly to the driver in cash.

Is Sierra Sea Transfers door to door service?

Sierra Sea is a door to door service.

Will there be room for all my luggage, like golf clubs and surfboards?

There is plenty space as long as you previously inform when you book your Transfer.

What happens when I make a Reservation?

We will send your voucher to the e-mail address you provided in your booking.

Can I change my booking details?

Yes you can, as long it's 24h before the transfer.

Are the passengers insured?

Yes, the company has all the insurances needed and up to date.

Do I need to print my voucher?

You don't need to print your voucher, you can just show to the driver the copy that was sent to your e-mail.
